1st Porsche Taycan (top pick)
Anything that is in the same family as the 918 and takes influence from the 918 deserves to be #1. And it is all electric? Meant to be driven which makes this number one as other sedan’s are more chauffered vehicels these day’s. All black everything tinted is my top pick.
2nd BMW 7 Series
BMW is unstoppable! Just when I think I saw all of their designs, in front of the Plaza NY I see something from BMW NEW never seen before. This happens too often with BMW. The 7 series is a performance, giant client meant to be driven machine. Unlike the S class, this car does not look like it is a car service, especially with the different color and rim combos. All black with red interior is my top pick.
3rd Lexus LS
A subtle face lift and heinie injections is what the new Lexus LS has. Enough for an aggressive appeal as it cruises, or my favorite, when these cars are parked so I can take a close look at them before going to an auto dealer and really getting in there. The only thing with Lexus is that they will stay with this design, as they have been, for many years before any major new design is introduced to the public. For now though the LS is at number 3 purely on it’s new appeal. Dark grey black rims for the Lexus is my top pick.
4th Lucid Air
This electric car was almost number 1 until I saw it at night and how discombobulated the light’s look. It is just not there yet, a few more upgrades and we have something mighty to be aware of with the Lucid Air. In the day time in dark grey this car looks like a bullet, gorgeous – just absolutely gorgeous! Dark grey top pick
5th Mercedes S Class
The LED tail lights are holding civilization back. I cannot get passed the tail lights no matter what they do to it. Maybe Mercedes is saying, there is more than just lights. Really Mercedes? The best or nothing? It is like Apple saying, rotary is back. no more touch screen. Even the Maybach has the same tail lights. In episodes of Succession the editor’s have to tweak the image to give the tail lights some attitude, bcause those dots are NOT sexy. When I buy anything it is either a Hell yes, or it is a No. I do not buy “maybe” items, maybe is a no. The tail lights make this S Class a maybe bringing it to least desired sedan for the new year. Plus this automobile for sure is chauffeured, not driven. Maybach chrome top is top pick.
